As a good starting point, we suggest participating in the regular Tour of the Old Town & Jewish Quarter. This guided tour gives a good overview of the historical center based around the Old Town Square. Look up while walking down Husova Street, and you will see a lifelike statue of a man hanging from a roof by one hand.
